Service of Songs for Kefee Holds Tomorrow & Her Body Has Arrived in Nigeria

The Nigerian christian comunity in Los Angelos is organising a Service of Songs and Memorial service for the late gospel singe Kefee, tomorrow June 18th. In addition, the remains of Kefee who passed on July 13th, has arrived Nigeria, ahead of a burial which will likely hold this month. Reports are that her body arrived the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja, Lagos yesterday evening, Tuesday, June 17th on a Delta Airline aircraft. May her soul continue to rest in peace.

Another passenger boat capsizes in Lagos, one missing

A passenger boat carrying ten passengers capsized in the afternoon of Monday June 16th in Lagos. According to passengers on the boat, which was heading to Coconot Island from Tincan Island, waves from bigger boats passing around them at the time caused the boat to lose balance and capsize. And despite the fact that all the passengers were wearing life jackets, one person drowned and his life jacket was seen floating around. Other passengers were rescued. Explosion Rocks a Football Viewing Centre in Yobe

BBC is reportnig than a bomb went off at a popular football viewing center in Yobe state shortly after the kick-off of the World cup match between Brazil vs. Mexico! Prostitute Stabs Soldier to Death in Bayelsa for Refusing to Pay!

A commercial sex worker has stabbed a soldier attached to the Joint Military Task Force to death for failing to pay for her service after engaging her till day break. The soldier (name withheld), was reportedly stabbed twice with knife in the stomach by the prostitute. The unnamed prostitute is said to be a Bini lady from from Edo State. Boko Haram militants attack football viewing center in Damaturu

Boko Haram men this evening attacked a football viewing center in Damaturu, Yobe State during a live football match between Brazil and Mexico in the ongoing world cup in Brazil. The sect men reportedly hauled explosives at the viewing center, injuring several people. Injured people were rushed to nearby hospitals.
