Good news people! If you are one of those like me who do alot of online transactions then you would understand how important this is! PayPal is entering 10 new countries this week, which includes Nigeria. They would be providing online payment alternatives for consumers via mobile phones or PCs. They have not been the Nigerian market because of the notorious nature of internet fraud in the country.
